Shipping Methods and Rates

Customers of Condoms West have a choice of shipping methods. Within Canada and the United States we ship using Expedited Post and XpressPost services of Canada Post. Exact shipping costs are calculated when you “check out” using the shopping cart. Simply indicate how you want your parcel shipped by clicking the clearly labeled selection button after you have finished loading your shopping cart with purchases. Shipping charges include postage and handling. However, for international orders, our shipping costs do not include any taxes, tariffs or duty by the destination country.

Expedited Post within Canada 5-10 business days depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided via the Canada Post website.
XpressPost within Canada 2-7 days within Canada depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided via the Canada Post website.

Our American Customers

Shipping Method Estimated Time for Delivery
Expedited Post within the US Up to 10 business days. Allow for variable postal service to some locations and possible customs delays at border crossings. A tracking number is provided via the Canada Post website.
XpressPost within the US 5-10 days depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided via the Canada Post website.

Shipping Outside Canada and the United States

Canada Post International Up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. Usually by Small-Package Air.

Shipping Schedule

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received by the vendor. Shipping times indicated in the table above are calculated based on the date the package leaves our premises. If an item is back-ordered we will inform you immediately and let you know the expected wait time. Please note that Condoms West does not ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays. This would mean that an order received on Friday afternoon after 3 pm PST or on the day preceding a statutory holiday after 3 pm would not be shipped until the first working day.

Plain Packaging

All orders are packaged in plain brown envelopes or boxes. P3 Enterprises, the name of our parent company, will appear on the outside of the package. When we are required to label the contents of the package for shipping purposes, we use the term “health promotion products.”

Returns

At Condoms West we want to ensure that you are satisfied with the product you have selected. We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If you wish to return an unopened product please call us at our Toll Free Number or email us at info@condomswest.com. Carefully package the approved return products. Please include a copy of your original receipt/invoice. Packages that have been opened or damaged will not be refunded. Please ship your package by insured mail. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the shipping of return products unless the product was damaged in transit. Upon return of the damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Please note that we are a distributing company and are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a complaint with the condom product, please alert the manufacturer at the address listed on the packaging.

Ordering and Payment Options

Condoms West wants your shopping experience to be as hassle free as possible. We offer a variety of ordering and payment options to meet your needs for efficiency, privacy and flexibility.

1. Ordering Online: Ordering online using your credit card (VISA , MasterCard or American Express) is a secure, quick method to pay for your purchases. We also accept payment by money order or cheques. Products purchased by money orders or cheques are held until the second day following the receipt of the money order. Orders covered by personal cheques are held until the cheque clears your bank.

Money orders or cheques should be make payable to our parent company, P3 Enterprises, and mailed to the address indicated on the web site at “Contact Us”. Your credit card receipt will show P3 Enterprises as the on-line retail provider.

2. Ordering by Fax: If you prefer to place your order by fax, send us a letter indicating your exact purchase (brand, style and quantity, colours etc,). Please make sure to include your exact shipping address, your full name as it appears on your credit card, the credit card number and its expiry date. The same policy holds for payment by money orders or cheques. Our fax number is: (250) 384-5569. If ordering outside Canada, the country code is 011.

3. Ordering by Phone: Some people prefer to order by POTS (plain old telephone system). If this applies to you, call us on our Toll Fee Line and we will promptly process your order. The best time to call is between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. If you are calling at other times, please leave a message and we will get back to you at the next earliest opportunity. The same payment policies apply for telephone orders.
